Important entrance information:
Please note that attendees should enter via the main entrance to the Main Building (aka College Buildings) at SOAS. On arrival, please give your name to security and inform them that you will be attending this event, so that they can let you through the gates. You can then make your way down to the Khalili Lecture Theatre (KLT) on the Lower Ground Floor where one of the conference team will register you and provide a wristband. Staff will be on hand to direct you on arrival. Security are also aware of the event and will be able to direct you if you arrive after the start time.
Additional notes
- You can leave the conference room at any time, please just show your wristband to security to re-enter the building
- Food and drink is not permitted in the lecture hall (water is allowed)

Important entrance information:
Please note that attendees should not use the main Chelsea College of Arts entrance. Instead, please enter via the Atterbury Street entrance (the same road Tate Britain is on). Please see below images for directions.
How to find it:
- Walk along Atterbury Street toward the junction with Millbank, opposite Tate Britain.
- Look for a gated entrance with a Henry Moore sculpture/courtyard.
- Enter through this gated courtyard, you will see an open door to enter the building.


Nearest public transport options: Pimlico Station (Victoria line) is a 10 minute walk, Vauxhall Station (Victoria line) is a 15 minute walk, Victoria Station (Victoria, District, Circle line) is a 20 minute walk. Several bus routes also serve nearby stops. You can plan your journey using the TFL journey planner.

Inside the building:
Upon entering, registration will take place on the Lower Ground floor. The main event will be held in the Banqueting Hall (marked with a purple circle on the attached floor plan) on the Ground floor. We will also be using the Red Room and Green Room, both of which are marked with purple dots on the floor plan.
